Easy interface
Good job!! 👏🏼
Much better over the time
They keep continuous updates and feature made the app much better compared to few years back. Keep this good work up or you will lose the performance and new features over the time.
This is not user friendly
I find this app to be inconvenient, not user-friendly, and difficult to use compared to other banking apps. The overall user experience feels lacking, with navigation and functionality falling short of the standard set by competitors. Improvements are needed to make the app more intuitive, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations. Decided to close my all Sampath bank accounts due to this app issue. Thank you.

New updates 100% better than previous one. Previous one was 🤮 Thanks for giving users friendly updates..
GREAT SERVICE APPRICIATION
Most valuable BANKING APP I have seen in my life time ෴Thanks who dedicated for create the app
Poor app experience
Interface looks better than the previous one but still the usability aspect has issues. One major let down is that after all the incidents, it still relies on OTP when there are better 2FA mechanisms out there. Cannot transfer from your PFC account to your own account as the account is not displayed under own account option. Some recent saved payee data was lost after the update as well. If the app is kept opened in the background, upon relaunching it does not show the latest info. You have to do a manual refresh. Overall poor app experience.
⛔️⛔️Credit card details not loading properly⛔️⛔️
There are errors like last_transaction_fetch_failed in the UI when click on credit card. Also not loading the transactions page. I’m using latest version of the the app.
There are bugs
They are taking lot of time to fix
Now its good app with past web interface
Since the first vishwa app was a fully hyperlink to browser website now with this design and features its good to say they finally done it!! This app is great but first i had some problems but with updates that managed to fix it now looking back other-then like boc nsb and other old apps now with this and other banks like HNB and com and sampath have a new ui and features its good keep it up development team
