Absolute failure
Tried 5 times on three different days. Balance got reduced but cash never came. They took more than 2 weeks to refund on top of that. No one should have to deal with a cheap bank like this

I’ve had a frustrating experience with the WePay app linked to Sampath Bank. Despite being promoted as user-friendly, it has frequent errors, and neither the bank nor the app provides effective support. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app

Using the Wepay app has been a frustrating experience. The app is consistently slow, making it difficult to complete even simple transactions without a long wait. When I try to use it for something urgent, it often fails due to technical issues or crashes. Additionally, there are frequent errors that prevent transactions from going through, leaving me without access to my money when I need it most. If you’re looking for a reliable banking app, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
