I’ve used this app for at least half a year now.

This app is factually ridiculous. It takes me hours to receive my food. I’ve had to wait up to 5 hours and I’m not even joking. As I write this review, I’m waiting on my order that I placed around 3 PM. It is now 7:30 PM. Let’s all laugh please!

The wallet can’t be topped up and can’t be effectively removed from your food balance so you can pay the surplus. I was told by customer service that that feature is yet to be available. Okay bro!

There are several bugs in the app. The map tracking to see where your rider is is inaccurate. It’s a joke. There’s no information on who your rider is. No number until you’re called, so you’re just sat waiting. I feel like a beta tester.

The customer service is also slow, but effective, I’ll give them that. But sometimes I feel they don’t understand what I’m trying to explain. Constant issues with this app honestly. Back-to-back disappointment.

The only good thing is the minimal delivery fee.

I advise you to order your food 12 hours before you actually need it. Or just order when you’re not hungry. Because if you wait for them, it’s over for you.

It’s better to just delete it now. I will only use it when I need food in 20 hours, otherwise it’s just a waste. If you’re going to do something, do it well. Not this half-baked effort.

My advice to SAMU is to get off the App Store, fix up, then come back better. I see the goal and the vision, but this is not it at all.

If I wanted to learn patience, downloading a food delivery app would be the LAST thing on my mind!!
