Worst banking service of nepal in my experience. Support team not able to handle simple issue.

I have been trying to login for 3 days, talked to bank person itself. Still no otp. Please update your program
This banking app is a disgrace!!!
Its been about more than 5yrs, I’ve been using this banking app, and to be honest, its been a total letdown. The app's performance is incredibly slow, especially when it came to processing transactions during the month ends. And when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, the support was subpar, which added to my frustration. Overall, my time with the app has been far from pleasant. I hope the developers take this feedback constructively to enhance the app's functionality and user experience for others.

I called the Sanima Bank staff for account opening with recommendation but the service is annoying! It neither have responsibility towards customer nor gives services... same as other old government Banks!
