Why is it that only some of my miles actually track when I track them. The last 3 days I’ve had 25 plus mile trips and I’ve confidently tracked both ways but only my way home has been tracking and my employer won’t pay unless it directly shows in the map where I went and obviously it only says the way home because for sum reason by the end of the day the way there isn’t logged and is no where to be seen on my history for recent trips. It’s very inconvenient only getting half of what u rlly drive payed for so I’d like to know what is the problem or is it possible my employer has deleted routes after I’ve tracked them and then saying I can’t be payed for anything I can prove has been tracked??

Now they screws up again. The programmers and testers of this app should be sooo ashamed of themselves. 
Every time it’s something else. 
Now in the latest release the supposedly added new features to hotel itemizations. 
Instead now when moving from one itemization to the next the app remembers the previous field and paste that in the next. 
When in enter 130.15 in the accommodation field and move to the next it automatically fills that field with the previous number instead of having it blank for me to enter tax. 
Do you guys actually test this stuff or what??
Also the expenselt is completely messed up. It doesn’t classify the correct expense type. Even if the merchant is Holiday Inn it’s not able to determine that this is a hotel receipt. Very, very sad. It used to work fine but thanks to your “improvements and bug fixes” now it doesn’t

Does not upload from pictures to the system.  You have to be in the system and then pick a picture. Before it was really easy, take a picture and then submit. The new version is horrible. 
You can not upload all the pdfs.  An error pops up.

I never understood why the programmers sort the expenses showing the most recent first, it would have been okay if I could set my preferences or for the system to retain my sorting order for the duration of my session. I have been asking for the ability for concur to have a free parking choice to select, when searching for hotels, this ability can save my company hundreds of dollars in a single stay, and tens of thousands of dollars as a company. When making cautious and errors, the concur system generates several errors for the same caution or an error. The constant cosmetic changes are annoying because they are not adding value to the user’s workflow, rather in most situations they are adding an additional steps for no value to the users. These are just the few horrible aspects but the list of things concur team should focus is long that can save thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours per year to the concur users. With the new update, concur does not load some jpeg images, extremely frustrating, not sure why. I think concur thinks it does not need the image if the credit card image is attached to the expense, what the stupid programmer do not know is that not every expense is reported with the correct transaction date. The actual receipt shows the correct transaction date, therefore, the actual image of the receipt is necessary to establish the correct transaction date. Please fix it.

Twice now, in two days, my workflow has been interrupted by this app soliciting feedback. The only way to “opt out” of providing feedback is to say that you “love” the app. I don’t “love” ANY app. In fact I don’t “love” any inanimate thing, am I to assume SAP’s developers “love” inanimate objects? Does this extend to rubber dolls? The app stinks, overall, it’s buggy and has a stone-age interface. But I’m forced to use it by my company. My company pays me to work for them, NOT to be an evaluator of SAP’s concur app. But every time the app asks for feedback I’ll be here, giving another 1-star review. SAP is a hot mess and so is their concur app.

The SAP Concur developers continue to make love to inanimate objects, and insist on requiring customers to express their “love” for their app, which is frankly a pain in the keister to use. There needs to be another option than a) saying you “love” concur and b) writing a review. 

The SAP Concur development team DOESN’T CARE about their customers, they have no souls, they are evil.

here is a serious issue. I enter all my receipts at or near the time of purchase. Then I move to a report and finish entering all the information. Half the time, when the purchase is uploaded to SAP, it creates a second entry leaving my initial entry alone. Then I have to go and reupload the receipt and recenter all the information. That’s if I can remember all the correct information. 

I don’t know where the issue lies, but as far as an end user goes, this system is trash. Now if it’s a problem with our IT then let me know. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Overall, the app works, and the usability is actually simpler than the website version. Though the user app’s experience is handled well, the descriptions, terms and conditions, rates cancelation etc still show archaic unreadable texts.
