SAP Fieldglass Time Entry

Not sure how QAs test this app, if at all, before release but it’s below average. Features are limited and for what it does, it is horrible quality. Encountered few bugs just using it for 10 minutes. Don’t make me write up a bug report. Also at least put another button at Home Screen for “pending timesheet”.

Had no trouble logging in, entering times, commenting, and submitting. For my iPhone, it's better than the Fieldglass website, where I have to scroll to enter hours and rotate 90 to click Submit.

Run from this app people,it’s really not accurate,I lost so much money because my job said this what entered and that what i m getting paid for. You can’t correct any previous mistake made . overall i m just not satisfied period.

Literally the WORST timesheet app I’ve ever had to use in my life. From constant disconnections from servers, to times not even being saved after entering them properly and pressing the save button. By far the most frustrating, useless app I’ve ever used.

They don’t tell you that certain entities will not let you use the mobile application!! Absolute crap, and very misleading. Just put your hours in on a regular computer so you get paid. Screw this app, it’s trash!!

Cannot use it as it won’t let me sign in. It shows on the website on my computer that I successfully registered the device but when I open the app on my phone and try to log in, it shows “connection failed: no network connection available”.

It is not user friendly at all and always errors. I asked to save mobile device to remember I just completed this step bit even a week and it logs me out to scan the QR code than I’m not near to scan.

Like others mentioned, I am using this app because I don’t have any other option but this is one of the absolute worst app they have on App Store. Kicks you out for no reason, QR code doesn’t scan. Very buggy and slow app like bunch of college kids developed it. They need to hire professionals who take pride in their work.

I can understand the complaints but if you work for a third party business and they set it up right, Fieldglass works well. The scanning the QR code might be odd but just sign up on a computer first and then do the app stuff and it's more sensible. Don't try to just save default hours you always have to put it in or else it'll say there's an error.

I use it because I have to, but it has so many errors and this week, after the supposedly foxed bugs, I can’t even sign in. It’s super slow, deletes the times I enter and also asks me to register my device every 10 seconds
