I hope planes fly better than app
Useless app. I try to book tickets, it says something failed on our side. Seriously? Crazy expensive tickets so-so service and such a horrible app.

На 11 айфоне все ужасно криво
На 11 айфоне при добавлении бронирования разъезжается вся вёрстка, переворачивается клавиатура, невозможно пользоваться. Посадочные нельзя добавить в wallet - вы серьезно вообще??

Looks cool, only for EuroBonus members
I am not a EuroBonus member and the app doesn't allow to use it unless I am registered... Pretty strange. Why not allow me buying tickets?
The app doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. iPhone 15, June 17, 2024
Failed to log in with temp password
Login with temporary password simply tells “We failed to log you in. Please try again later”. After some time, another try let you go further to change password, but as you confirm the step with valid password it tells something like “failed to change”. As a result I am not able to login.
The worst experience EVER!
The app manipulated me into buying tickets separately because i wanted to book 2 different types of tickets. But after buying 1 ticket it increased the price drastically. Even when the tickets of the same price class was available. I know because it gave me the option to book 2 new tickets with the same (old) price. But to do that I had to buy 2 tickets. Customer service didn’t help or try to understand me at all. They instead hung up on me after I waited 2 hrs in queue to talk with them and described my issue to them. Very bad service and I know that writing this won’t help either. This is such BS!
