Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online shopping app. I was never refunded the ₹9,988 for an order that they canceled. I’ve wasted over 11 hours trying to resolve this issue, repeatedly explaining the situation to their support team. The most frustrating part? Every time I contact their support, a new executive comes in, wastes an hour of my time with useless templates, and claims the issue has been “escalated.” They tell me to wait 24 hours, but the next day, the exact same loop starts again. This app has zero business ethics. Don’t trust them. It’s run by an unprofessional, incompetent team that clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

 so so so so much time to chat, to reply even once very bad service by savana very bad i swear bcz of this customers suffer a lot i mean the platform should be easy to contact executives also delivery boy also gave me hard time by giving statement that i denied order but I didn’t so its really very bad service tight now also there is no option talk to customer executive i mean that is so easy way to elaborate the issue and get resolutions asap… but i guess savana is all about itself not abt customers…

Everything about savana is great except one thing, it doesn’t have any exchange option. If you face any size issue all you have to do is return the product completely and re purchase it.

I trusted this app as it is a byproduct of URBANIC but trust me this app and the customer service is pathetic. Do not buy anything from these scammers, they’re stealing our money. It’s been over a month I didn’t receive my refund, all they say oh it us initiated from our end, check your bank statements. When I shared the statement, they said oh see we refunded the amount. These dumbheads didn’t address the issue correctly, I received refund of one product hut the other product’s refund was still pending. Now when I provided the bank statement, they are asking me to wait for another 3-5 days as there might be some issue with the payment gateway. 
Dear Savana, why don’t you guys start begging rather than stealing money from customers?

I had ordered a huge amount of products from Savana like  6-8 products and I received one wrong product. When I spoke to customer service, they asked me to wait for 78 hours literally. After talking to them after almost 3 days. They were not helpful at all. I clearly asked them to return the wrong product which was their carelessness and asked them to replace with my original product. “Aanchal” the one I was speaking to, told me we don’t replace the product we can initiate the refund. 
Guys think before you buy anything from here.
You can buy 2-3 products to avoid such scam and disappointments maybe! 😭
