SCD Diet is a focused food reference and personal tracking tool for people following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. Check foods, follow stages, record what you are trying, and build a clear list of foods that work for you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Check foods quickly
Search the food library and see protocol-aware labels such as Allowed, Not allowed, or Conditional, with notes where relevant.

• Follow SCD stages
Use step-by-step guidance to see what to introduce next and move at your own pace.

• Track food trials
Record when you start trying a food, monitor the trial, and mark it as adapted or not tolerated. Add a note about your experience when needed.

• Build your personal food lists
Keep a Safe Foods list for foods you want to remember and a Blacklisted Foods list for foods that did not work for you.

• Choose your protocol
Switch between BVC Classic and NiMBAL guidance. Food stages and labels update with the selected protocol.

• Add custom foods
Add foods that are not in the built-in library, with an optional photo and your own protocol notes.
