Always logged out now and then. Super annoying -- Jul1an0, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "This has become one of the worst apps" UPDATE Stupid app I can’t get into. Says server error suddenly lol. Have to use banking app (which works no problem) to get into the scene app. Don’t have this with other apps. And they don’t even care, no fixes, no responses. Look at MOST RECENT reviews, they all are 1&2 star and have major issues with the app. I saw 2 out of 50 or more reviews that were 4 or 5 star. They all complain about can’t get in, faceID, and poor UI/app. All of them. And what is the response to an overwhelming report of a junk app? NOTHING. Cheap company with a bad attitude, and doesn’t care about customers. EVERY single time it asks for Face ID and then I have to enter my login info anyway. Then EVERY single time I have to get a verification code. And to get a verification code, you MUST have a phone to receive a text or call. Talk about useless and stupid. I can get in easier to a bank account and see my Scene points and things there. If you do get in it’s pretty broken and convoluted and unappealing, and nothing stands out to bring me back. Seriously bad. Any bank or credit card or cineplex or other apps aren’t this bad or stupid. To get into your scene points, it’s easier to use your Scotiabank account than go directly!! If you get in, wading through the myriad of tabs that really don’t offer much, you click on a link that seems promising, only to open a browser tab in the app, that you have to reject cookies every time, and then it wants you to login to see the offers when you are already logged into your {}!! account in the app!!!! Who writes this piece of art??? This is supposed to entice people to spend money at places and this app sucks the life out of that. PC optimum is not a great program, and the hot app has gone downhill, yet it works better than this, and actually mainly works. For a rewards program, this app just sucks. Every time I log in, I have to manually enter my Scene number and password, which is a hassle. It even asks me to enable Face ID, but never actually saves this setting, so I end up going through the same steps each time. On top of that, the accumulation of points is incredibly slow. It feels like it takes ages to rack up enough for something worth redeeming, making the whole process feel not really worth the effort.
