Ho acquistato 450 monete. Ne ho giocati 200. Mentre mi stavo preparando per giocare al gioco successivo si è verificato un problema tecnico e ha chiuso il gioco. Quando ho riaperto il gioco, tutte le mie monete rimanenti sono scomparse. Ho contattato gli operatori per informarli del problema. Hanno risposto dicendomi che hanno rimborsato. Ho controllato e non ci sono stati rimborsi. Li ho scritti di nuovo. La stessa cosa è successa. Li ho avvisati che il rimborso non è mai avvenuto. Hanno iniziato a dirmi che non avevano record. The only way to win with your team is to buy resources with real money, even if you play a lot there is no way you can compete if you don’t buy.

Terrible connection
Immediately uninstalling. I work so hard to gain coins and the game keep freezing and taking my money. This is terrible.
Great game but unstable
I don’t understand why such a great game has so many connection issues. WHEN it works, it is a great game. Best Scopa game out there. But for the past few months it keeps saying “cannot get stable connection”. I own a data centre in Canada and even offered to host an American server farm for them but they don’t even respond to support tickets. I used to LOVE this game but will be uninstalling it due to the lack of support.
