Forced to update this morning to 24.12.02 from 24.11.01, and the app can be opened on iOS 18.2 without needing to pass Face ID check despite this being enabled in the Security settings. For a financial services firm, this is unacceptable in this day and age.

Also, note to the release manager: please providing meaningful release notes. Repeating the same ‘we’re always looking at how to improve our app …’ message is not helpful for users.

### **--- "Cluttered with trying to upsell you"
In theory, a decent app. But they’ve added some advertising (“Let’s talk about the F word”) and prompts to combine your pensions and link your other accounts and there’s no way to switch it off, which gets annoying really fast. No, I don’t want to combine other pensions and run all my finances through that one app, no, I don’t want to learn interesting facts about women’s rights history, no, I don’t want to buy insurance - I want to see where my pension’s at, what my performance is, and what the money is invested in. The Vanguard app is way better and far more useful.

So I log in for the first time and top right had an envelope icon with a red dot , I press on that and it shows me a message about if I go paperless then documents will be here , nothing is actionable on the screen so I go back but red dot still there as if something is waiting!!!!!!

Then how do I get a statement of account not visible as yet , I will keep hunting but user journey needs work

Whilst this App allows you to check your balance it is very basic. Please incorporate the following features: 1) Fund performance based on investments made in table format so that the user can see how individual can see how their funds are performing (with daily//weekly/annual/3yr performance). 2) Total return on investment (not visible at present). Most investment and SIPP apps have these functions as they provide essential information. Many thanks

If you add other pensions / investment accounts they do not update daily you have to reconnect them or even re-register them, and when you do, it takes several attempts to successfully reconnect. I’ve transferred my 80k out because of this stupid glitch.

I also have Fidelity. Their site shows your personal gain gain over last 12 months. Charts in the SWIFT app default to 5 years and when you select 1 year the headline still shows 5 years. So does not refresh in an active or intuitive way. I feel this is deceitful.
