## ScreenZen Description
Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime

1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.

2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.

3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.

4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.

5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.

6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.

7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.

8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.

9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock.

10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

I just wanted to say thank you for keeping this app and (almost) all of it’s functions free. This has been the first app that i feel is finally breaking my bad habits and addiction to my phone. 

Had some trouble setting it up the first time, it was a little buggy, but after a re-download and watching the youtube vid (good inspiration) i got it set up! 

The thing i needed most at the moment was something to help me from doom-scrolling. W the customization that makes you able to open the app but for a certain time/intervals has helped me out a lot.
The widget is also very handy to immediately see how much time i’ve already spent on my phone today, a big slap in the face sometimes but needed :).

Sometimes it’s still a bit buggy, but the FAQ did explain alot! (Recommend to read it). Mostly it’s not the apps fault but just apple system rtc. But i hope that work-arounds are possible in the future. 
Great app! I recommend it if you’re trying to be less addicted to your phone!

I love this app, it’s really helpful and it has helped me a ton with cutting down the time I waste on my phone! The only problem I’ve noticed is that blocking websites only work on the app Safari, and I unfortunately only use the search engine Ecosia, so it completely bypasses this amazing feature. Could this be changed? Also, when blocking Facebook it also blocks the app messenger, is it not possible to dissociate both? This would be really amazing considering how helpful this app is 🤗 thanks!
