Secure Parking

I used this parking app and paid for a full day’s parking, but the app malfunctioned, and I ended up with a $60 fine. Extremely disappointed that despite paying, I still got penalized. The app needs urgent improvements to prevent others from facing the same issue.

App glitched out in the morning and said I paid, but obviously didn’t go through in the system. End of the day received a $60 parking ticket due to APP MALFUNCTIONS saying I failed to enter Pay By Plate. Don’t use this app and parking unless it’s last resort!!! Highly unrecommended.

We don’t want it be fancy. But can u just make sure the basic functions work? Maps section is showing nothing. So I have to find the car park from history section.

What a bunch of muppets. How about giving a discount in exchange for receive my funds. Get fu*#ed twits.

Can’t fine New Zealand in drop down list, crappy app and impossible to use/ prepay option. Parking elsewhere until you get it sorted.

5.5 NZD charged, but the message says 5.5 USD??? Do you not have any QA at all?

Very frustrating. Was eventually let out by help desk but app still charging as if I were still parked.

I registered and was told the username exists, so used my email with usual password and was told username doesn’t exist; requested forgotten password and was told email exists…. was sent a code which I entered and was told email doesn’t exist. JFC test your app before you release it!!

Apparently bug fixes happened “1mo ago” yet there was still no way for me to actually book parking on the app?! On the “Find a car park” screen it says “This is not currently working.” 🙄

Even for free parking you’ll sit there for 10 minutes putting in your rego and your credit card details (how many companies “lose” credit card details or get hacked). My details should NOT be stored by YOU!
