For a game claiming to have no ads, there sure are a lot of them wanting you to spend money. Descriptions of objects can be ambiguous or just plain obscure. Some game modes are not meant to be solved easily. Too many opportunities to spend cash and confusing endless banners.

Once again I am getting rid of this game. Lovely graphics, and quite possibly the story is good too, but what turns it off for me, is the stupid TIMER. Like why is it required? What are we trying to beat? I play games for myself only, not for competing with other players. One upmanship is not for me. Sorry but thats how it is with me. Hence the reason for only one star from me.

I ♥️ playing this game - lots to keep my mind challenged & always building on your level, collections and supporting guild & friends.
Problems that could be easily addressed:

1. Ads: I know they need them BUT they could be limited to 30sec instead 1-2 minutes. Pleaseeeeeee

2. Emerald event: have the same sensitivity with clicking items as other games. So annoying to click an item and one close-by is selected instead.

3. Allow us to give more gifts to friends. I have 100 friends and can only gift about 30% collection items I have in surplus.

They are my top 3 requests 😅

Played the game since close to the start .in the past 4 months for no reason my in game purchases sky rocketed .Why are prices “automated/AI projected” via one’s personal purchase history & supposed “activity(really just purchasing within the game) that ups the prices to extremes for the same items that were previously a quarter of the price ? It does not “better ones game experience “ to inflate prices for one player ,while others prices for the same items are at the low rate ! Why differ the price at all ..it should be a flat rate pricing for all .It is descrimination and violates the rights of the player/consumer to use one’s personal purchase history for financial gain , which is exactly what’s happening .its taking full advantage especially of the long term player that plays more than others might …I want the low price that it always was , not these ridiculous prices…doesn’t make it enjoyable for ,not only to include ruby spending in all new events , but also then inflate the prices of other items because of “activity” ( purchase) .There are many complaints across social media about differing prices for different players …my question is why and why do you not fix this ? All it does is makes the player your taking advantage of want to quit the game …sad , I loved this game but recently since the price hike and purchases in everything , not so much .on the verge of leaving at a very high level and many years of playing ….please make it fair for ALL. Players and a flat rate .no generated/automated prices , just low fair prices so we ca play the game and enjoy it again ….PLEASE …I won’t be purchasing anything until this changes and if it doesn’t , I will be quitting…sick of asking in feedback for this to change …it’s wrong on so many levels to your loyal players :(

Loving this game so far. It’s great to pass time and engage your interest. Most seeks are quite easy but some are challenging. I don’t understand the ‘story’ but just bounce around doing the challenges. Like any game you either wait to earn energy, you win small amounts or you buy energy. It’s not rocket science & not worth a whinge about.
Ultimately a great game to pass the time but it isn’t what I’d call a ‘staple’ or addictive game

I have given up on this game (at level 125 so given it a fair go) the number of adverts to buy stuff is insane and unbelievably annoying. If you want to spend real $$ to play then go for it, they will love you. But be warned it is over the top and detracts from an otherwise great hidden object game.

Hi, this is one of my favourite games. The rooms are very beautiful and enjoyable to play. 
But I find the crying animals when you can’t finish a room or reject a purchase terribly annoying. It’s like a hidden psychological message that is very negative to the player. I would never let a 12 year old play for this reason.  Please rethink this tactic to make money. There surely is a better way.
