It could be better
I don’t like the voice of the guy, but do like women- it would be better if we could choose the voice-it would make a difference
Very nice but I wish
This app has a lot of nice features and options, especially to listen to different sounds, but when you pause or terminate a meditation or activity, a repetitive same musical interlude takes over; you cannot get a silent pause. Might be nice for variety. And if you fall asleep then wake up after a meditation has finished, the music has come on; the app does not turn itself off like many others do (watch your battery). Secondly, in some meditations, the musical “background” overshadows the speaker’s voice. That is the only feature I really dislike at the moment- that unstoppable same music and it’s uncontrollability.

It’s so good if u struggle with anxiety depression or any mental issues it will have you sleep in second the sound are smoothing the water sounds and music the people will talk To u to calm u down it will tell u to take breathes and relax it soooo good total recommend this app ❤️🩹
