A tricky way to make money! Calling a “premium” but not providing any significant benefits! 1) updating information/bio would not be updated even after 72 hours!! (Even on weekdays and no holidays!) wrote multiple time and only after that they just approve it RANDOMLY!! 2) Updating FOTOS will not be approved for so many days until you write them in CC and even then they would just remove fotos even after following the guidelines! But the rule for girls is different as girls can upload fotos with their parents, maybe with their friends and all OKAY for them but not even approving a normal appropriate fotos of BOYS even having premium account!! 3) The “invite to connect” can randomly get accepted and has NO option to undo and sometimes they RANDOMLY pop up message to “approve all” which you wanted to not answer otherwise!! Very annoying thing as they can randomly put a button to select/accept all 19-20 candidates at once!! 4) There are multiple bugs and don’t resolve them and feels like they don’t care! They got the money and just keeps the buggy app!! Usually don’t bother to write a review for such apps but after paying such amount for “premium” service, they don’t even consider to provide a decent customer support!! BUT yeah they always offer more expensive “VIP” consultation or some “shaadi select” package just to empty more pockets!! BEWARE!! Go for other apps or services than this shaadi brand!

Good app. Very user friendly easy to use. Alert and search features inc surprise me are amazing. To wish more would be to edit the profile and self pictures to add or delete or make profile pictures using iphone would be great. In general good app and service.

So many profiles are fake and most profiles are not updated and what we are looking is not in this app completely unsatisfied.

Shaadi app, VIP shaadi app & Select Shaadi app are all scams to make u upgrade and stay on their platform forever in search of a match while they give non preferred curated matches to you and keep u stuck for months and years on their platform in search of preferred match & make u renew subscription and they don’t list or add or work on your chosen preferred match profiles. 9 months I wasted with them with their insensitive, lying, non working, on leave RM’s and managers of RM’s with ₹90,000 spent in those 9 months. Its a scam and trap. Please share with all ur friends, colleagues, associates to not fall for shaadi or VIP shaadi or select Shaadi advertisements on any social media like instagram, facebook, whatsapp or linkedin or Newspaper ads or google ads or digital marketing ads otherwise they will only loose money and keep searching and get tired like me and my father. Also share with HNI & UHNI and professionals who can afford to spend ₹30,000 - 70,000 for such service. In such fees they only show 2 decent profiles that u can chat with.

App keeps crashing while I try to submit bio for my profile. You are not even able to onboard users, how are you going to survive in this brutal market?
