Almost a decade later, this game came out and safe to say, it definitely brought back memories alongside updated graphics. The game is very fun to play and I did not use any cash at all during play. All the cards can be obtained from backs or from collecting enough material by dismantling unused cards. Sure it will take a while but it is worth the wait and effort. The game is quite balanced and one thing to note is that everyone has a fair chance at winning. If you lose it just means that your planning beforehand is bad and you did not practice enough. With the basic cards, I practiced with bots to familiarise the strengths & weaknesses of each different playstyle. Once I switched to online duels, the muscle memory kicked in in tandem with familiarisation. Just practice and be familiar with your cards and playing style and you are sure to win. The game is fair in that you can beat the hell out of legendary cards even with smaller pawns. Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond is a blast to play albeit with certain connectivity issues at the moment but I have faith the devs will sort that out. From 100g per pack to 500g & little income to purchase packs. Terrible system to create cards. Ultimately you are left with no playable deck (one legendary card can win the match). The daily pack is practically useless & is a cop out instead of bringing back the previous games economy.
