It has many useful resources like separate locations for dream signs and dream journaling, recordings to talk you through lucid dream induction practices and meditations, and lots of articles related to a wide range of dream topics. I wouldn’t give the last star for a couple reasons. I payed for the year subscription and I really wish there was more content like the recordings, or just something else to engage with. The problem is that once you complete the recordings (I think there’s 20 ranging from like 3 to 20 min) there’s not much else to do other than read the articles, record dreams and dream signs, and look at sleep stats. Essentially the app becomes a fancy dream journal and sleep stats visual. Don’t get me wrong, the app looks very cool and I really like the dream streak feature but it is also very frustrating that I cannot edit my dream signs. As far as I can tell once you record a dream sign it’s permanent, and if you wrote something by mistake or want to change something, tough.
