Cannot even register, stuck at OTP verification page. No OTP was sent.

1) Without wallet function , everytime purchase petrol must log in bank app again 2)cannot choose petrol amount lower than Rm40, they don’t care about motorbike rider 3)petrol station shut down 12am automatic when we purchase petrol , we need wait for them around 10 minutes, they never inform before you pay, once u pay , they shut down all pump.

Trying to use smart pay, but everything came out with “something went wrong” and couldn’t proceed.

I press on otp to sign up. Still no otp nonsense. The app no help thats why i stop pumping gas at shell

I received an email from Shell Go Plus about an additional 3% instant discount with Shell SmartPay and UOB cards. Upon reaching the Shell station, the silly Shell Asia app was simply unable to detect the Shell station location despite various settings on the app and my iPhone. The station staff was also unable to advise as they are not familiar with the app setting. Please improve on your app before enticing customers with any promotion.

Just doesn’t work. OTP isn’t sent, whether you try to register or sign in. It just hangs there. The UX is completely and utterly missing.

Smartpay function always not working. Have to go in station and the staff need to restart their system. Those pay inside cashier finish faster than me using smartpay. Looks like not so smart to use this payment after all?

Go to shell Malaysia website mention to download this app but not able to use it here.

With this optional app, one has to waste more time keying data, carry both wallet and smart phone OR get the cashier to key in your NRIC or HP no instead of just swiping the card. It is a much hassle free experience at other petrol stations using the card system.

I am a registered user. When I tried to connect using either register or login, it just says Whoops! Something is wrong. Stupid App not working and no update. Contact Shell but no one responding.
