Cannot add credit card

Attempt to add results in error 2c2p

Charges was deducted from walker instead of my subscription

The app will sometimes randomly deduct the cost of charging to my wallet holding amount instead of my subscription credits. This is very annoying and their helpdeck’s response is very slow or not respond at all.

Unfriendly Application

Not a friendly application to view at the current status of the battery charged. Have to login to my car app where only single login is allowed which is frustrating as well as fault and blame shifting among each other. Can current status of battery charging be reflected?

Not able to access account

Have existing credits in my account - was then asked to change to the new Shell recharge Asia app. Tried to login but was told password doesn’t work. Tried to reset password but despite multiple tries, no password reset email received (have also checked my spam folder but there is no email from Shell recharge) Tried to call call support but no one picks up.tried to email the support email but no reply in a week. Still have credits in my account but unsure what else I can do.

Unreliable and clueless with my Shell Recharge package from PML

My EV came with a complimentary 3 year Shell Recharge program or up to 10,000 kWh usage. However, it is challenging tracking my usage to-date and Shell Recharge is also not able to advise on my usage to-date. In addition, my supposed free credits for usage at Shell recharge station frequently fail to work and as a result, I end up having to pay for the charge. This is very annoying as having to interact with the call center is really a pain as the CSO are mostly clueless and unhelpful. Always a pain to get them to reinstate the wrongly deducted monies back to my wallet and had to get PML to be involved. Based on my user experience thus far over about 2 years, I’m quite certain I will ditch Shell Recharge after the end of my complimentary charging period/credits.
