Shift Provider App

They bought compare the man and van and messed up everything. After working 7 year with compare man this guys are not paying and charging you for everything. No invoices, no proper statements, no showing charges what they taken money for, no phone number and customer services at all. Shift is a scam, want to loose money just start working with them!

Be careful, I’ve been working with this company for 2 years, I’m waiting now 70 days no payments made. after 45 days payment terms they’ve never followed, no customers service that you can reach, they don’t pay your money, most of the time they are missing with my money, they’ve deducted £1700 random amounts. every time new charges you’ll never know what is it for. No invoices. after 45 days payment terms they’ve never followed,

They don’t pay for your work !! Disgusting !!!

Most disgusting company to work with… they mess with payments all the time. They changed payment terms from weekly to 29 and then to 45 days four each individual job just to make you lose track of payments and make things confusing and they they will not pay some of the jobs randomly… caught them so many times. They will put random charges on your account which you are not being informed and you are not aware because they never send invoices… keep asking for a month for invoices and no reply back. If you need to reach customer service for pay queries, you reached a dead end. Most ignorant and illegal company.

Rubbish company, they pay after 42 days.

I want to change registration contact number on the app because i have no more access to my old number because shift allows to call the customer only byy a link phone number so its hard for me every time to wait their on job while having a number on which I can’t make calls Please solve

I have been using this company as a driver for 2years and I absolutely love everything about this app. It’s easy to use , always updated and improvements come every single month . Amazing 5stars.

avoid this company. I worked as a driver, they won’t give you money for work. and always apply fines, even if the driver is not guilty

I have been working for this company for six months. They pay salaries after 28 days, but unfortunately, my salary was deducted before the 28 days were up. If you are a driver, please be careful. This company doesn't have phone service, so you can't find customer support.
