## Shokz Description
You can find the following functions in the Shokz app:

1) Rich and powerful sound
Enjoy built-in tuning for easy switching between sound modes, while the customizable equalizer allows you to tailor your music to your preferences.

2) Programmable buttons
Assign touch buttons to the functions you use the most.

3) Effortless multipoint pairing
The app allows you to simultaneously connect one pair of headphones to two Bluetooth devices. Additionally, you can easily switch and manage other Shokz headphones directly from the app.

4) Firmware upgrades
Up-to-date firmware keeps your headphones in optimal condition, ensuring you get the best user experience.

5) Playback controls
Adjust the volume, pause/play music, skip songs, and choose playback modes directly through the app.

6) Access information
- Your headphones: Including headphone battery status, user manual, serial number, and additional details.
- Shokz: Explore the brand story, service policy, and other relevant information.

Purchased a pair of OpenFit’s in November and loved them. Had an issue with the charging case and one of the pins becoming “stuck” so the left bud wouldn’t charge. Customer Services were amazing and sent a new pair to me which arrived very quickly. What’s not to like!

I purchased these Open-fit earphones as I have been unable to get other earphones (AirPods , AirPod Pros and Bose earbuds) to stay in my small ears. I’m very impressed with the fit which is so comfortable you forget you’re wearing them and the sound quality which is outstanding. The only slight criticism is that they are not wireless charging.

Cannot say I am shocked… the single best headphones I have had. I wear the Open Run Pro 2 most of the day. For running / training for marathons… To sitting at work and using ADHD inspired soundscapes to help me focus…

Speaking on calls too… It is all effortless. Having common sense intuitive controls mean that while on the run (literally) I am able to access what I need on the headset without reaching for my phone.

The app is super user friendly too… I won’t be using any other headphones now. I’ve owned Open Run, Open Run Pro… and now the Open Run Pro 2… love them all.
