Shoopy helps local retailers in managing(invoicing, billing & inventory) their shop easily. Shoopy is a fraudulent company. Their customer onboarding process is flawed and because of that, it is easy for customers to loot the merchants registered with Shoopy. They will not provide you any support in difficult times, so please go for Shopify which is a global brand for e-commerce stores and has better customer service.

No one is coordinating and guiding what to do further after the design process. They have designed it and hosted it. Then what to do after that is a mystery.  Inspite of asking them multiple times no one bothered to set up things further and help us go live 100%. No one even gave a walk through of the order processing even after asking it multiple times. And sales guy was explaining there are so many features.
