This is a great app. So many free options to try during the trial that really have made a huge difference to my life. The mediation is brilliant. I had a technical issue and I contacted Lorri directly and he responded and checked back in with a few times. It was fixed very quickly. Great customer experience.

This App has really help solidify what I already knew/felt about my 6 year old daughter. It confirmed for me she does display Autism and ADHD Traits. She is currently on a waiting list which is unknown as to when she will be assessed as the wait time is over 2 years. Having this app available with the testing systems has help confirm and allow me to as a parent, confidence with how I can help her.

Hi I was at my lowest time busy with life and work full stressful didn’t like myself etc But then I found Shoorah help me lift my stress and I found my smile again Shoorah help me relax I meditated that I’ve never done before. Gave me more positive out look & the customer service when I wasn’t sure what button to use they help me I’m in my 50’s and I know we all have down time so remember we all need help Shoorah will always help Your never alone when you have Shoorah I now tell my clients/ friends people you might met at coffee shop looking into there coffee feeling sad you might make someone’s day if you tell someone use Shoorah they help you find you and your smile. I’ve found Shoorah a massive tool in helping me find the balance for my mental health and well being. The meditation music has personally helped me on the nights when my mind is too busy to switch off to sleep and helps me focus on the music and voice rather than my thoughts, to encourage me to relax to sleep and rest. I have the app linked to my watch and the affirmations always seem to arrive at the time I need a little reminder. I found saying them out loud particularly helps. Still navigating the app and finding more each time. Fantastic app and have recommended it friends and family.

Absolutely amazing app and like nothing I’ve ever seen or tried before. Amazing features that I don’t believe can be found elsewhere. It’s like therapy in your pocket! This app has helped me through some tough times as well as being on hand for day to day mindfulness and motivation. A great all rounder for getting and staying on track with your mental wellbeing.

Shoorah is exactly what I needed to ease my unwanted anxiety at night. I use the app before bedtime, and it helps me fall to sleep better. Since using the app, I am waking up more in a more productive headspace too.

Just want to say how reactive the people behind this app are, I panicked when I thought I had signed up to premium by mistake, so I emailed the company and they responded almost immediately and put me at ease, I now feel like I have new besties as we have been emailing back and forth all day, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🤗 Will come again once I have been using the app for a week or two with an update on my experience with the app, 😀
