This app told me my parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t and they have caused me big problems. This is the second time this has happened. This app is a waste of time and will cause you a lot of grief with faulty notifications

Not sure where it’s getting its data from but it’s not the same as NZ post office website

I hate this app. It always defaults to a saved payment before you have the chance to pay with any other method. I wish you didn’t have to use it in some instances.

Huub au I can’t fault they’re customer service the wetsuit I wanted was damaged when packing but as no more in my size I was upgraded no questions ask The tracking has been ok it took a few days to get regular updates but on the whole good

I have been scammed when shopping at a company using this site.

Scam Paid back in October and tracking days the order is on its way, contacted the company and they said they will cancel and refund the money. As I suspected, no refund. Total scam
