I love the auction site, as well as the home site. The prices are great and the quality is awesome as well.

The best site on the internet! Every item I have received has been of excellent quality.

I have the app on my iPhone 13 and I don’t have any issues with any of my other apps that came with my iPhone and or other apps or the shopping apps that I downloaded such as temu, Amazon, capital one blah blah. However on this ShopLC app when items with large retail prices like several hundreds of dollars with an active very low bid are at their lowest time span before they end and announce they are sold with winning bidder and I attempt to bid I am repeatedly redirected to the item description and or video page and or my iPhone freezes. In both cases I can see the last minute seconds ticking on to the end of the item bidding and then finally just as the item is announced that it’s sold with the winner all of a sudden my iPhone is unfrozen and or clicks back to the item bidding exactly and simultaneously at the end of the bidding and sold with winners name are announced. Also I mysteriously win items that I know that I didn’t bid on and it takes me forever to pay for the item I may have won and am trying to pay for without paying for the items I have no desire or intention to purchase but the items that I uncheck so I can just buy the ones I actually want repeatedly and mysteriously get rechecked as I attempt to get to the finalization page adding the items I don’t want. Before I noticed all of these things I ended up buying items I didn’t even want and I had to give them away because returning online orders dealing with carriers is too inconvenient and ends up costing me one way or another.

There is no sound when using app on iPhone. Needs to be fixed.

I received a discount, only for it to be taken back after I had paid for the merchandise. I perhaps would never have known if it weren’t for my credit card alert!

I wish there was a way to pay shipping one multiple items you have bid on instead of individually

I finally had ENOUGH of ShopLC’s HIGH SHIPPING FEES & DELETED THE APP. I’ve spent thousands buying jewelry, etc. from ShopLC over the past 6 years and have paid THOUSANDS IN SHIPPING FEES & I’ve had ENOUGH!
