I have had a very good experience with most Shopback offers, but recently many can’t be accessed. Case in point the current ApplePat offer for gift cards; you go through the path from the Earn More ‘tab’ and it takes you to a screen with the Woolies gift cards, but you can’t click on anything to progress. So frustrating! I had a similar issue with another Westpac offer recently, trying every device I had, updating the links - to no avail.
How awesome is it you get money back on every item you buy all adds up !! You should get it !

It says you get $20 when you sign up. No you don’t it says up to 30% off. The highest I have seen is 4-5% most are 3% back. Waste of time for the small amount. Omg my balance was $6.56 now it’s $4,44 WHY IS IT REDUCING I SHOP REGULARLY USING THE SHOPBACK. I’m not doing it anymore waste of time. I did a big BIG W order and got nothing I’m not impressed. Now I’m chasing up money not credited to my account OMG I HAVE BEEN ON $6.90 CONFIRMED AND $11 TRACKING ITS BEEN TRACKING FOR MONTHS THEY DONT LET YOU GET TO WITHDRAWL LIMIT ITS A RIP OFF I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW BY NOW THIS IS A SCAM
This is a complete waste of time. ShopBack advertises 20%, 30%, or even 50% cashback, but the actual amount is just a few cents—$0.20 to $0.30. Even after spending hundreds of dollars, you’ll get something like $0.30 after two months. It feels like a joke, and they’re just fooling us. I recommend trying Cashrewards instead; it might be better.
Very disappointing with Lazada voucher purchase via ShopBack. I bought $150 Lazada voucher and used once for $30 in Lazada. Neither shop back or Lazada highlighted during checkout that it’s one time use. Instead, shop back has this point in backend terms. Absolutely ridiculous. Finally, I lost $120 as the voucher cannot be used anymore. So, be careful with voucher purchase via ShopBack.
No change in bank account details. Multiple failed attempts in withdrawal. Till today no cashback. Where’s my money??
