Suka tolak duit rider.tampa sebab memang fak punya apps

hard to get involve with human cust service, its always need to go through ai and need to apply google form for cancelling order while having issue with the seller . please improve this to make the rider job easier

Sistem same day delivery macam haram. Kalau citer bab jarak tu memang dapat jauh2 ja. Bab kedai ni paling haram. Call memang susah nak angkat, pin location ntah mane2,dapat parcel kedai pulak tutup, alamat letak la nama signboard kedai ke ape, ni letak nama kedai dalam app shopee, dah satu hal rider nak cari kedai, nak cancel guna gform tu satu hal, ke sidai lame pulak, cancel order biasa kena potong point. Rasa nya lagi okay kalau shopee buat option untuk on delivery makanan sahaja atau parcel ni, atau boleh on kedua2, harap shopee ambil tindakan kepada kedai supaya selalu update sistem ke ape dan wajib angkat call

aplikasi terlalu ketinggalan zaman..

Live agent/cs no function,gps pin wrong,

sistem chat central paling teruk..kualiti chat dgn agent seperti orang bodoh tiada pendidikan..susah untuk menyelesaikan perkara mudah..menunggu lama smpai 30 mint ke 45 mint baru dpt chat..lepas tu tarik duit dari wallet tanpa sebab dan bukti ..memang fak shopee
