The best pharmacy between all Shoppers Drug Mart. The owner Bet Li(I am not sure about spelling of the owner or manager of this location pharmacy). All her staff are the best. I have kind of mental health and Bet and all her staff knows about it and they respect and talk to me so nice they are making me feel that I am very respectable person. I love them all.

The app has so many glitches and bugs when it comes to renewing and refilling prescriptions that’s it’s not worth using. It’s fine for shopping online but so unreliable for prescriptions and has caused me to miss medications or have to pay to have them filled as ‘emergency prescriptions’

Terrible customer service took four days to get a prescription refill. Every time I get a prescription refill I have to phone around three or four times. Service has gone downhill and it causes greeting anxiety when I know I have to get in touch with you to get a refill. I realize you don’t care. I’m just venting. You’ll keep doing what you do.

I’m very pleased using the Shoppers App as I was away from this pharmacy for about 4yrs. I respect that in today’s business world change happens often. 
In my case since returning I’ve had a few hiccups with the Auto Renewals. My medications contain certain drugs to treat my chronic pain & Fibromyalgia. Unfortunately these 2 meds but they aren’t allowed for Auto renewals??? So this either involves me having to diaries that date for a new renewal and that’s 48 hrs away from when I can obtain them. Likewise if I call and using their Telephone renewal system it’s the same time frame. I have asked at the pharmacy about this and it’s “nope that’s the way it is.” But I need these 2renewals on time or I suffer the consequences ie I’m in pain to a higher degree. I have been taking the one medication since 2006 and the other since 2013. I just don’t understand why these drugs can’t be auto renewed on the Auto system?????

Open the app, says Sign in. I tap to sign in, expecting I might have to manually fill in field, but it says you’re signed in. But then gives me no where to select to go anywhere. I’m signed in but “continue” is greyed out, ONLY option avail to me is the X at the top or back arrow. I eventually go back, says “sign in”. Eventually I step out completely go back in (successfully) select refill Rx, goes to a page “select your pharmacy”(where your Rx is) I select my pharmacy, says “already assigned” press continue repeated , each time it says “already assigned”. So, I then go back since going forward not working. I go back and again it says “pick your pharmacy” . Beyond frustrating. Eventually I manually typed in address of store instead of picking it off the drop down menu. Then it finally worked. What a pos. The short of it is: app is glitchy.
