Like today is 3rd of jan and it is showing “Order will be delivered on 1st Jan”
Worst app
Worst app. It’s asking to sign in again and again. Waste of time to shop on this app.
Login not working
Its been more than 2 months account login is not working on app or web platform. No response from customer support. Pathetic service

Logging me out as soon as I put my OTP. This is happening both on the website and the app. Please rectify.

Unlike the offline experience
The app in itself is like any other online market but I have an issue with the after sales support. I had purchased a product online and the order had missing items, the same item was out of stock at most locations and was discounted so I didn’t want to return it. Even though multiple mails were sent to the team, I didn’t get a response other than the automated one.
Don’t buy
I ordered a product from you guys after seeing these online adds and later i had issues with product quality and within hours i raised a return request request and now after good 15 days you guys are saying no return due to the product due quality issues only I mean what kind of scam is this and this behaviour of yours should be considered as fraud and highly unprofessional. Felt like theft and cheated
