I normally like shopping on the TSC app but ever since the last update it’s pretty much useless. It constantly freezes and doesn’t let me view the program schedule or open any product descriptions. It just goes blank and the “thinking mode” symbol pops up without opening anything. I’ve even tried deleting the app a couple times and downloading again. Not worth the trouble

Your app keeps crashing or freezing and I have to keep reinstalling the app. This needs to be fixed!

Customer service is no longer a priority and pretty much non existent. Really gone downhill.

Pairing these earbuds is time-consuming and frustrating. Via Bluetooth directly they cannot be found, whereas through the app it keeps failing a fraction of a second after it found the devices. And to make matters worse, the app asks me to sign back in every time the pairing fails. Never been so disappointed with any other earbuds or headphones before - let alone with a device so overpriced compared to even way later versions of the same model or equivalent. Absolutely not worth it.

I have been trying for 2 weeks. I have called twice. No resolve. I am unable to place an order and have Christmas gifts in my shopping cart. I am missing all of the products and sales! Tried again today. Unable to reset password. Tried a new account and it won’t allow because it’s the same email address as my account!!!!! Very disgruntled right now!!! Very Poor !!!!!

I can no longer make purchases online using my TSC credit card I must call all orders in. This has cramped my style and I am no longer shopping with you unless it’s a really important item. I am not sure why this is happening, I have emailed you with no response. Not a happy shopper at TSC any longer and I have shopped with you well over 30 years😢
