Why, why, why claim to be a shortcut app that requires the user to do at least thirty backflips on a tightrope, whilst blindfolded to create the most simplest tasks of merging two photographs?!? Why is this shortcut task not already an option in shortcut?! Come on. These so called app developers are getting lazy beyond belief. All I want to do is merge two photographs. It should take seconds - select two photographs, then merge with the option of either horizontal or vertical. Why do I have to do the “developers” job and create the shortcut??? I thought apps were to make life easier and quicker? They’re anything but! They’re always needing an update every other day. They’re all released with more bugs than an Australian back yard - laziness from the “developers” for not testing - let the public so that! Pretty much the norm with everything now - people can’t be bothered.

I no longer want the shortcuts on my phone. I've attempted to delete all the shortcuts manually but they still show up on my home screen. Then i deleted the whole app itself but the shortcuts are STILL THERE. I'm sick of it. How do i get rid of them permanently!? I've tried literally everything!!

Over the last few years this app has become more and more laggy. Currently it is unusable 50% of the time due to being unresponsive and unusable due to lag. Please restore to how it was originally as that was one of the most useful and time saving apps available.
Following advice I reinstalled the app but the issue persists, plus I have to recreate all the automations in an app that has so much lag it takes an unreasonable amount of time to create each individual automation.
ios18 has made it worse. Time Cook, please resign and let an innovator run Apple again like Jobs.
iOS 18.5 update: Shortcuts now silently fail to run.
Ios26 has made this even more unusable. If you want anything to run bug free, don’t install this app.

When I first opened the app I was so thrilled and happy at the same time because I could do photo collages so easily . But without any properly understanding or easier instructions or steps to use shortcuts I accidentally deleted the “mechanism system “ of making the shortcut for photo collages . And I’ve tried researching about it to get it back but it says it’s permanent gone from the shortcuts app and I cannot get it back 🥲 please help me get the photo collage thingy to come back to my shortcut app so whenever I select the photo collage mechanism thing I can make a photo college instantly

This app is worse than the curate’s egg. 

The bits that work well work very well, but the frequent bits that defy sheer human logic are infuriating. 

Even ChatGPT struggles to understand your logic!!! 

Apple developers: stop living in your geek-like world and start applying your clever abilities to real people who live real lives doing real jobs. A child of five couldn’t work out your thinking.

Staggering that you cannot insert a command wherever you want, it always adds it at the end. And dragging it to place is always an adventure. Lately, if a shortcut is a bit longer, my phone gets really hot, and the app gets unresponsive. No joke, when typing, each character takes like 5 seconds to show up. This phone can handle 4k video, and can't handle a few lines of code? Even the Notes app has this issue with long text files. I use my shortcuts daily and love it. A lot changes with each update, for reasons. Some shortcuts get broken with no way around it. But the editing is atrocious.

Always slow
Ok so easy to use but every time I use this it’s like “corrupted system please reset app and try again” every time I go on this to do stuff it’s very annoying and super frustrating I know this is an app your supposed to have but can you just lie, update it for one like god.

How to use If you don’t already know
So basicly it’s easy to use btu you have to take screenshot put on shortcut put on app like 50 time and it takes TIME a lot of it too like I’m waiting two hours for one app.please fix this.

Takes up a whole day so takes time
Ok on a Monday-Friday routine I wake up get dressed for school duh duh duh and do makeup have breakfast then I’m off 7 dreadful hours later I come home exhausted and hungry so I’m definitely NOT going to make my apps then so I have Saturday-Sunday but seriously I’m not going to waste a day if my weekend waiting on a stupid app I want to have fun on my weekend not wait so I need it to take less time

I have no reason to be putting in my name and contacts
YOU ARE TO PUT A PICTURE ON MY APPS AND WIGETS YOU ARE NOT FOR TEXTING OR CALLING SOMEONE OK!

I got lots of shortcuts right now i got 51 and i can make more!

You can make shortcuts automatically and put them on Home Screen or make widgets out of them.

Put me in your most helpful reviews i want this to be very popular… Wait why did i make a review out of an apple app?

Edit: Anyways now i got 78 shortcuts!

Edit 2: Now I got like 175 shortcuts… Really good app although i think you should add more apps and more choices.
