App is disabling use of Shortform
The app is just terrible. Especially the billing section. Not able to edit card. Subscription cancellation and re subscribing isn’t happening.

Subscription fees is a joke seriously
Fix the apps
Love the summaries and loathe the app and website. Either fix your app or let me download unlimited summaries to my kindle instead of few per week. The app keeps freezing , is slow, one misclick and you will have to wait 15 seconds for the spinner to disappear. Fire your developers.
Overpriced and underdeveloped
You can read only two books as free. App UI is really bad in iOS. I can buy all the books for a lesser price than the subscription!
Fix the app
I don’t mind paying the subscription for quality summaries but please fix the iOS and iPad apps. Frequently hangs especially on search and the UI needs some basic optimization.
So much costly
It’s unbelievable how much they are asking for this app. At least ten times that it should be. How many humans will be rich enough to purchase their subscription. May be a school or college library can purchase one login and share it with everyone, this tariff is not suited to a common man.
Worst app ever!!
I thought that reading book summaries will help me understand them or which book I should prefer to buy without any regret after the purchase. The app shows login directly. I have no account on your app so atleast you should show sign up for an account. Worst experience ever!!

This app charges you without consent sneakily. Extremely disappointing that you practice such unethical business principles.
