Love it!!

This is the app for serious golfers who want to think like a tour pro. Very impressive. Everything I can think of for an app like this has already been incorporated. The ability to take real launch monitor data and plan a round in advance is very very cool. Looking forward to lower scores!

The data that Shot Pattern supplies following a round is critical to improving your game. A little bit of time and money invested in this app goes as far to helping you play your best as anything else in the industry. With this app, you know exactly where you need to focus your practice efforts.

I like the idea of using your shot pattern to predict the best play. But there’s not even an option to keep your score on the app. Add score and slope (plays like) then it’s usable. Add green heat maps and wind direction it’s the best gps map in the App Store.

I’ve used em all. Arccos, Shotscope, 18 birdies, DECADE, you name it. The ability to track your tee shots and approach proximity based on where you were ACTUALLY aiming is something no other app offers. You can set up custom target widths off the tee and approach circles based on your dispersions. It’s such a game changer for executing better course management, and also gives you the ability to prep for a golf course or tournament before playing it.

At first you think it is just a typical golf GPS map tool. Then you enter a few rounds of data (or upload from a launch monitor) and suddenly you now have detailed stats on YOUR dispersion patterns (side and front to back), percentages inside X yards dispersion, etc and can make very informed decisions on selecting targets in course. Club level strokes gained (can’t even get that from my Shotscope dashboard), detailed driving and approach stats. This thing is great for previewing courses to select targets and clubs. And still young in development. Can’t wait to see how it grows.

This is such a sweet app. Easy to use and so much data. And I love that I don’t have anything on my clubs. The stats pages have so much information. Get this app!!

Wanted to try it out and without giving it your payment info for a week trial and then 74.99/year there are absolutely no features to use. Free version is completely inferior to other golf shot tracking apps. Expect nothing without paying 74.99/year.

I’ve been looking for a course management app to help gain some insight into the strokes gained metrics…and I’ve been blown away with how helpful Shot Pattern has been. I’ve heard that you can get buried in stats with stroked gained metrics, but Shot Pattern has made it really easy to navigate with very little thought. Dashboards are easy to navigate, settings are straight forward, and transitions are smooth…all around great product.

I use it to map my daily course and it is essential for when you travel. It’s much better than the other gps options in that you can alter the dispersion, easily move the map overlay and figure out the best targets into the greens. I haven’t used it for the stats tracking yet, but like the fact that I can enter partial rounds and get data since sometimes I jump out for a quick 4-6 holes after dinner.
