Great service. Love the app. Very easy to use and navigate
If they don’t confirm your order expect to have to contact them first
Order said it was placed but 20 minutes passed with no further updated, messaged the in app contact and they said they needed to confirm address (how this is on me to know as I had already input my address and paid is beyond me). Confirmed in app that this was okay and the order would start a total of over 40 minutes has passed with no update or further reply. Don’t bother with it, useless

No one appears to know what’s happening with anyone else. If this company exists in 12 months, I’ll eat my hat.

Set up of app was easy but no food delivery options available at all to hotel close to centre of seoul on a wet Sunday
Be Careful!
If you are a foreigner and using your own card be careful! They take payments from your card without you know it. If your order gets cancelled unexpectedly, they will not refund you and it is a huge fight to get your money back which I never did. Two orders cancelled, they said the money wasn’t taken out of my account but it was! I sent them screenshots and they basically said there’s nothing they can do to help me. Foreigners just be careful and use another application.
