Very poor service, it has happened many times that they deduct the money twice even though it says the service error. And I have to wait another day to get the refund. Probably had happened more than 5 times already in emergencies. The same with the ATM too. Never depend on the service of this bank. It might put you in a really difficult situation..

App shuts down when changing password

I’ve been experiencing a lot of bugs for about a week. It always says no connection even though I have a good connection due to this problems my money couldn’t load in eSewa through Mobile Banking for a couple of times and it takes for than 3 days to recover my money even after contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hope this problem gets fixed soon. Thank You

this app need to improve lot of things. hope they do soon. when we click fix deposit it crash

This app crashes frequently and wouldn’t let me to transaction. Please tell what is the main purpose of your app if it won’t let me do transaction. Neither I can download my statement. Wish I could give you -5 for such low quality app. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

*its slow and lagging compared to other A class commercial banks app *navigating different options is not smooth and freezing occasionally *generating otp is a headache, takes a minute or more to finally get an sms

The app was working great but after updating it about a week ago, I have been facing crash issue in my iphone 6s. It immediately crashes after login. Hope this is fixed soon.
