Hard to rate due to hardware software bugs and no response to emails
Software and date merge offered was a joke. The woman assigned to me could not figure out that model and serial for equipment was the same asa VIN number on a truck, that some equipment had different size tires, that there were filters other than oil and fuel on equipment. Etc. I spent more time pointing out info she deleted from spreadsheet supplied data than she entered that I could have entered it quicker by myself. There is no option for users to bulk enter data, only line by line. There is no option to set up all your maintenance schedules either, they must set them up. Overall very limited control of software for initially setup. Found this software August 2017 at a trade show. Luckily I first talked to the sales manager/ Educated manager rather than clueless people working the booth the next few days. I made a commitment for 15 Of a potential 100 monitoring units all for Apple related equipment. I spent days trying to install the transmitters on equipment and link with iPads. I finally diagnosed that impunity were not IOS capable. I called Sigilo and after 4-5 calls, they claimed I received android compatible units as requested. I suggested they look at my invoice that listed IOS. I removed and shipped back the incorrect units New units arrived and were installed on 5 pieces of equipment. Unable to link up again. After many hours of work, I found that I had less than 30 seconds after battery hooked up to sync with unit. Contacted Sigilo and they finally admitted it was a bug several days later. This was around March 2018. No that we are in August 2018, I am hoping to see them at the trade show again. I have received no responses to multiple calls or emails from March 2018 to present to resolve my continuing no issues. Do not waste your time or money. They cite some big names for references of companies using their equipment, but I doubt the references now.
