SimCam is the next-gen security camera with inbuilt AI powers. It is an all-in-one vision-based sensor that helps you monitor your properties 24/7 with more insights, but less false alerts. Powered by Intel Movidius VPU and on-device AI technology, SimCam can be customized for multiple purposes while keeps your personal data secured inside the camera.

Detects a real human visitor in a specific area instead of motions of things.
Recognize faces of family or friends which have been registered in the APP.
Track any object you’ve pre-selected on the APP’s view.
24/7 full HD continuous recording, event-based recording, on-demand recording and snapshot.
Instant push notification of relevant events with a 5MP snapshot and a 30-sec video clip.
All the event clips are categorized separately for quick search.
Lightning detection and recognition powered by inside Intel Movidius VPU.
Local storage and local analytics, what happens in the camera stays in the camera.
The Magic program provides users with open SDK to DIY AI features and integrate with other devices or services for unique needs.

まず全て日本語ではない。
またアプリ開くとアップデートの表示があり、アップデートしないとカメラに動きあっても通知されない。だから知らない間に使えない状態。不審者映ってもメール連絡だけで、寝ていたら気がつかないし録画もされないから意味がない。

日本のクラウドファンディングで買ったのに、全く使い物になりません。騙されました。

クラウドファウンディングで購入しました。
ほぼ日本語対応してません
改善する気配も見えません
いちど渋谷の方で展示されていると言うので見に行きましたが店員も操作方法が分かっておらず結局何もわからずじまいでした。
アップデートもできないので後日アプリを消して再接続しようとしましたがつなぐ事は結局出来ませんでした。
クラウドファウンディングの出展者に問い合わせても何も連絡がなく
もうこの時点でこの商品はだめだと思いました。
いつか繋げられる日を夢見て頑張ってみますがこの商品は決してお勧めできません。
買ってしまった同じような境遇の方一緒に頑張りましょう以上

いつのまにかプライバシーモードという
監視オフのモードになったりと
使い物にならないソフト
メニュー英語にできれば
まだ読めるがフォントも無いような
中国語しか表示出来ない

まともに運用は出来ないと思った方がいい

日本のクラウドファンディングで本体を購入したが、このアプリの選択に日本語無い。北米を選択すると日本語で動かせるが、一部が中国語で訳が分からないところがある。
また、本体のセットに足りないものがあり、連絡後、一部が送られてきたが、また足らず、と不手際も多い会社かも。。。。

メールに認証番号が届くとのことだが、届いたメールは文字化けして読めない。
カメラの評価前に、なにもできない。
国の選択に日本がない。北アメリカが2個とヨーロッパの3択。

追記
評価訂正します。☆４個です。
確認メールが届くのに時間がかかったようです。内容も、中国語表記でした。
でも、設定することができ、画像も鮮明で、取りあえず使ってみます。

認知症の家族の見守りのために購入致しましたが、初期設定できません。
ユーザー規約とプライバシポリシーに同意もできない。地域も北米とヨーロッパしか選択肢が無い。使えませんね。評価できません。
