It’s useful if I’m away from a computer and absolutely need to check in but the logging in is extremely frustrated. Let’s just get an ELEARN app so we can check our classes. Might as well delete this and start over. It’s a desktop experience more than an app for a smart phone.

This app is great for quick access, but otherwise is no better than the webpage itself. I have to log in every time which, to me, defeats the whole point of an app

Very annoying that I have to log in every time I want to see my grades, and the fact that the last update was 2 years ago? Come on, I wouldn’t have this app on my phone if I didn’t need it. Especially since it feels like a punishment every time I have to use it.

It would be easier to log in through Safari. This app is terrible.

the app gets the job done, but it’s too clunky. there is too much going on. things are hard to get to and accessibility in general is terrible. also hate that it logs me out every two seconds. i promise i’m the same person i was an hour ago, and yesterday, and last week. at least give me the option to save my log in info. pages often get cut off or i can only see half of it and i can’t zoom out.

For one, it doesn’t let you save any log in information, which means every time you open the app, you have to enter your login credentials. This is annoying enough, but there’s an option in the settings to enable fingerprint login, but it doesn’t work! The app is also slow to load, which I’ve tried on multiple networks, and it always takes a solid 15 seconds to load something as simple as my calendar. All These little annoyances add up to make a frustrating experience.

Since they toyed around with there website I am no longer available to sign in on the app. Now when I go to sign in it takes me to the my Sinclair page, so if I really want to use this app I can’t. App and website is horrible in my opinion and can use some professional improvements instead of whoever they have doing everything

This app is one of the worst I’ve ever used. I was really looking forward to it but it’s easier and less frustrating to just save the url to your favorites. I have a few major issues with this. 1. If you sign in and do anything, you’ll probably have to sign in again and go re-navigate to where you already were. 2. It’s slow and glitches out while trying to move from page to page within the app (emails won’t even send, they just freeze) It’s a good idea but not done well at all. They should set it up to sign in once, or act like a bank app. Add in back buttons so you don’t have to “cancel” out and re-sign in every time you want to do anything else. Just any other way to set this up, besides how it already is.

I tried to use the booklist feature and there is NO option to choose to sign in after I enter my username & password.
