It has taken me over 10 minutes to buy the last batch of tickets from you. I intially was trying to buy the. From the venue saw it was Skiddle, I couldn’t remember my password created a new one then logged in via the site for tickets it went into a loop where I would log in then it asked for my password. I then remembered I had the Skiddle app and had another few minutes going through the password reset routine. Not an easy purchase at all .

Poor show all round.  App forever kicking you out and password not recognising.   When you book & manage to get your tickets heaven help you if the event doesn’t go ahead and is cancelled.  Then the app doesn’t give you the option to request refund as it suggests.  Contacting customer service by phone if you ask to raise complaint there is no set timeframe to be dealt with.  My manager is on holiday and there’s no one else to speak to and ‘we’re just the middle man and do not have funds to refund’.  No call backs attempted to discuss in over a week and then a surprise chat reply via app that vanish and don’t save once read. Email direct from event states everyone will be refunded in full once their insurance refund settles and an update within fourteen days. Skiddle chat reply part refund and keeping booking fee.  So much for the no funds in the purse and having to wait however long it takes. Conflict of info and never dealt with anything like this ever.  Will never use again ever no matter who uses them as they quote ‘middle man’.

There is nothing worse then getting to the doors to find out you need a physical ID to get in. Make this explicit on the ticket so customers can be reminded before they leave to the venue. It’s Skiddle’s responsibility (as well as the venue) to make sure customers are happy.
