It’ll let me get to about the second step of the process and then it freezes. I have no use for the app besides this feature and since it doesn’t work, the app is pretty much useless. I would change my rating if this feature was fixed. It is interesting why this app does not support the Hesh ANC. I genuinely want to be able to control my ANC instead of using the headphones themselves, and I want to control the bass from the app instead of per-music apps like Spotify because then I would have to change the bass in each app every time.
