Very high quality app is totally undermined by the plague of nonsense fake news ads that are designed to look like real news. Stops me using the app - alternative news apps don’t have this rubbish.

The sky news app is absolutely flooded with ads .

I live in ireland and have been able to see news and videos, but today cannot. Trying to look at the article about the Star Wars actor that dies, but is says it’s not available in our geographic location. Not using VPN, so using Irish ISP. Can you please fix this

I love to be able to scroll and chose varied content I am interested in from across the globe.

Service is very selective of issues covered and deferential to PR of established news generators . Appears reporting staff have limited knowledge of issues being discussed . Inability to follow up or confront major issues. By way of example , sacking in January of postal chairman .

Where are the good stories? There must be some relief to the constant evil that seems to be our world. Is the reading proportionate or is this all we can expect when we reach for world news ? A bit more levity at times would be great.

The play pause screen stays on for 7 seconds which obscures the important part of some videos. Before the update you could touch the screen and it would disappear but now your forced to watch it for 7 seconds.

Good overall app except for the Top Videos section. The screen controls stay onscreen far too long obscuring the video and cannot be removed till they time out, often obscuring key start of a short video. Please fix this (happens on iOS)

Whenever I hear about anything happening in the world, I’m straight onto Sky News to get in-depth and up to the minute information. Just what I want from a news channel.
