I was delayed 10days for not paying and they charged me 500 pesos as a penalty while my monthly due is only 2694. This is so absurd. After i'm done paying all of my dues here. I'm gonna auto delete this scrappy lending app. 12months interest is about half of my loan amount. Fkn loan sharks.

I paid my prev loan without any lates or problems. I received an offer through app that i am eligible for another product loan so i did tried. But the moment i tried in a store i got rejected with my application. What a waste of time i wished i loan on a different app

They keep calling me 5days before my due date. The reason why I haven’t paid yet is because their app isn’t working. It gives me different error messages whichever option I choose. Not to mention the payment fees are ridiculously high. It used to work with bdo before. Idk why it doesn’t work now. Also, their customer service is very lousy! I swear, I won’t deal with them anymore!

I’m giving this with a star rating (as if..)—it’s so misleading! I won’t be taking a loan through this app due to the high interest. Imagine borrowing 10k for 6 months and ending up paying nearly 15k in total. Not worth it at all! Instead of helping people in emergencies, it just pushes them deeper into debt.

I loan a product, the product costs 32k, paid the agent 8k for down payment and still have to pay the whole amount which the 32k in 12 months plus with the interests that costs almost 10k so all in all i it’s almost 50k!! My first and last, not so recommended

This app is also one of the most annoying loan apps. I did not even choose this lending app but it was the only available installment choice. Please call your clients if they are past due date. Or if you want to remind them, just message not call them before the due date. It's really annoying especially when they call me on work. It's not even my due date. It was even 5 days prior. I hate these type of apps.

I honestly like this application, at first. It was seamless and smooth transaction during my first loan application. Sadly, they always wanted me to feel like I am unable to pay my bill on-time. What’s the point of having these due dates and interests if they are asking you to pay earlier than on your due dates 3 days prior? We don’t get rebates!

I sincerely understand that it might take some time to be processed when we pay on third-party payment channel. It’s not on us anymore!
