SL-Journey planner and tickets

- choose current location - manually type station - screen is blocked, can’t do anything, only reload helps (not always)

It'd be great to be able to pay for tickets using Apple Pay, and have them available in Wallet. This would provide a much smoother experience on the Apple platform. I realise Wallet can't dynamically regenerate the QR codes like the official app, so that could tricky. Perhaps consider implementing these over NFC? Would be awesome not to have to aim the QR code at the reader.

In busses qr code scanner is combined with NFC terminal, so when you use your phone it opens apple pay, making it impossible to scan the qr code!

Tried 3 credit/debit international cards before I finally could buy some tickets, 12 hours later I had to buy more tickets and the card that worked before doesn’t work anymore. Stockholm SL system is kicking tourists away from the city.

How to change language in english app?

Sämsta appen när det gäller att resa med SL. Det ända som är bra med den är att man kan ha sin biljett online men annars kan man inte ens söka vilka bussar som går eller när de går.

Sällan uppdaterad på inställda tåg, hänvisar till Trafikverket för info om förseningar. Appen kraschar så fort det är hög belastning, tex vid inställda tåg och man verkligen behöver alternativa resvägar.

Problem med sökningar, verkar vara överbelastat. Uppdaterad 2024-05-29: fortfarande samma problem, går inte att få information om resedetaljer och bevakning i appen för mina sträckor varnar inte. Lägg ner team och app som jobbar med detta, måste finnas bättre lösning på stan
