Dear Slack Team, please solve the following issue: when I receive a slack notification rither by mail or any other, slack link always tries to open the webapp and not directly the app itself. This happens both on iOS and MacOS and is the MAIN reason for not using Slack. 
This is my main resistance in adopting the platform for intensive use, and I would drop it if it continue this way. I expected to see it solved already.

Was just going to send a support request, but I can't even do that from the slack app. I can no longer use the speakerphone on slack calls, which is really annoying. There used to be a way, but they've either hidden it or removed it. Want it to just work for basic scenarios. Ugh.
