I have an iphone 13, paid $7 and got a message saying the app in not compatible with my phone!

I went to sleep. Woke up. I get a single page that says “High risk - see doctor”. No report, no recordings, no reason why. How do we know it worked because of this?

Disappointed that I purchased not knowing it wouldn’t support a iPhone 13. Found that too be strange

I’m no longer able to use this app. Obviously you know about but it’s been a year and no update? Are you going to continue updates for new iPhones or not?

There is no data to backup the results given, everyone could get shown the same screen after using it and you wouldn’t know, don’t waste your money.

They don’t tell you it doesn’t work, now I am losing sleep worrying that I won’t get a refund

Even iPhone 14 is about to be release! This app doesn’t even support iPhone 13

Dont bother. If your thinking about downloading this, you know you have some form of sleep disorder. This will not help or change your mind. There is no access to data that is supposedly being analysed and the report you get is useless.

This app does not work on my phone at all. States that it is compatible with my phone but once I bought it and downloaded the app it then says that it is not compatible must have iOS 13 or later my iPhone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 14.3 and it’s not compatible... waste of money unless the problem is fixed.

Will you support the iPhone 12 Pro Max in future updates? All other iPhone 12 Models are supported, why not the Pro Max?
