These are special audio programs. The combination of music and the narrator’s voice will put you in the correct state for meditation and instruct you on what to do.

SMART NEWSFEED
Slowdive has learnt to predict your wants and make recommendations of exactly what you need, based on your preferences and habits.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TIMER
A timer is a vital tool for meditation. Set the metronome, the background sounds and music, and do so much more.

GROUP MEDITATION
Join an online meditation practice on Slowdive, with a new session every hour. We’re stronger together, aren’t we?

BREATHING EXERCISES
Meditation is inextricably linked to breathing. To practice it, you can use our special breathing exercises with a variety of difficulty levels.

ANALYTICS AND MOTIVATION
Slowdive will not only help you to get into the beneficial habit of meditation, but will also energize you with motivation and illustrative statistics.

MUSIC AND MANTRAS
There are over 35 different sounds, types of music and mantras for you to use as a background for your perfect meditation session.

Meditating just a couple of times is not enough—you will only get real results after practicing on a regular basis. The app has a special scale on which you can select your minimum desired amount of meditation time per day. As you meditate, the scale will be filled.

### *---- "Frustrating experience"
I recently faced an issue with multiple charges for my subscription, and despite repeated attempts to resolve it, I was directed to an automated chatbot that couldn’t provide the help I needed.

There seems to be no way to communicate with a real person for proper support, which is very disappointing for a paid service. A company offering a subscription-based app should ensure that users have access to personal assistance, especially for billing-related concerns.

I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and improve their customer support options. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to others.

### *---- "Cancelation & Refund"
The app has no menu for managing your subscription making it impossible to cancel it on your own but they do keep charging you without approval. 
In order to cancel and get a refund you must email their customer service and in return they ask you to provide all kinds of information (like what kind of mobile model you use) as well as screenshots of this and that, trying to make it hard for you to proceed with your cancellation and refund. 
The fact that they charge you without approval but on the other hand they ask you all sorts of things to cancel your subscription, tells a lot about the people running this app.
