Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

The app don’t let me print in both sides
The app don’t let me print in both sides, so i decide don’t continue use this. I tried to cancel the free trial and I can’t found it the option
Worst app ever
This has to be the worst downloaded. I will be changing to a different printer not an HP ASAP if I could give no stars I would but not an option so 1 star it is.
New printer is junk
Bought a 4201. Took a friend 5 hours to get it talking to computer. Printed one page and it wants a firmware update. Can’t get that to work either
Hopeless
Worst printer I’ve owned in 40 years!!!!
Too complicated
I’ve accidentally added this app did not realised I purchased until the payment went from my bank, I want to remove the app and I can’t see how to do that I just want my old printer back it’s too complicated

I have spent two hours trying to change a wi fi as I have a new modem.Oh for for something simple
Far too complicated
I dont know whether this is related to HP or not but our whole printing system was locked for a day and wrongly identified an instant ink problem, there was no problem. Far too complicated and always asks to identify printer even though i only ever use one printer.

All I am trying to find is how to connect my existing HP Photosmart 5520 to a new internet provider. I don’t need a lifetime support package nor am I tempted to pay $100 for someone I can’t trust to provide basic information
