The most terrible app ever

Can’t register by Emirates ID no. Can’t register by membership card no. Everything is invalid. Everything is incorrect. Email not recognized. Basically impossible to login. Even though 3 years ago it worked. That’s why i have a password! At some point, many years ago it worked! Not anymore! It is incredibly frustrating. How come email is not recognized since i have a password that i’ve used for years…. I don’t know.

The app have glitches, you get logged out automatically for no reason while submitting a claim or sometimes bank account doesn’t show in the drop down list

The good health insurance I would like to thanks every one been working at the insurance company.

...but very slow, I try all connections, but is not a provider problem, it is an app problem.

Do not waste time on this app, you will end up getting frustrated. Nothing works here. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star
